Refund policy

If you are not completely happy with your purchase from theloopylizard.com, you can return it to us within 30 days of receipt. 

 The following conditions apply in order for returns to be refunded :

• Package your return with sufficient protection (bubble wrap or similar) to avoid breakages in transit.
• Return the items to our address.
• Items must not have been used. 
• Include the original order invoice or alternatively a note with your full name, order number, email and items being returned. 
• We recommend a proof of postage receipt when returning an item, in case of loss in transit.
  
• Cost of postage is at the customers expense.
